Mr. Gerano said last Friday that you don’t call audience your audience when they are watching a play or skit because audience means listener obviously for the root word audio or listen but instead you call them spectators because from the root word spect means to see so spectator because they are watching a play or skit but if it is a concert event then you call them audience because they listen to the music or songs. That’s another new thing I learned form the class of Mr. Gerano aside from using the word TOILET instead of C.R. ( Comfort Room ) or rest room .
